I received an email the other day from a friend of mine in Colorado. It was interesting to read so I thought I would post this for you all too. The Pope recently made a statement about Muslim violence that occurred around 400-600 A.D. In this statement he said that Jihad violence was against the nature of God. Muslims murdered 3,000 innocent people in New York but expect no criticism. Muslims murdered 200 tourists in Bali and expect no criticism. Muslims murdered over 300 children and their teachers in Beslan and expect no criticism. Muslims murdered 292 mainly Kenyans and Tanzanians at two US Embassies and expect no criticism. Muslims murdered 241 US and 58 UN peacekeepers and expect no criticism. Muslims murdered 52 innocent people in London and 191 in Madrid and expect no criticism. Muslims murdered 200 in Mumbai and expect no criticism. Muslims beheaded hostages in Iraq, Buddhist monks in Thailand, christian schoolgirls in Indonesia, but expect no criticism. Muslims murdered 500,000 innocent people in Darfur and expect no criticism. Muslims regard Jews as "pigs and sons of monkeys," and vow to nuke Israel off the map. And expect no criticism. Since 9/11 Muslims have killed over 26,000 and wounded over 50,000 in terrorist attacks. And expect no criticism. Since 9/11 they have committed attacks in over 60 countries and countless thousands since their conquest began in 620 AD. And yet they dont expect criticism. But if a Pope dares to tell the truth about Islam or the Danes publish a cartoon about Mohammed then let the outpouring of hate and slaughter begin. But from twisted logic, the Muslims demand an apology from the Pope!! Geez give me a break.
